Which phones work with NFC cards?
iPhone XS and newer read tags with the screen on. iPhone 7 to X don't read tags in the background, so they may need the NFC reader in Control Centre or the QR code. Android phones work with NFC switched on, and newer versions may ask you to tap a link first. Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code on products that have one.
Which products don't have a QR code?
The wooden business card and the Google review coin are NFC only. Everything else includes a QR code or printed code.
Which side of a metal card do I tap?
The PVC back. Metal blocks NFC, so the chip sits behind the PVC side.
Do I see a design before printing?
Yes. We send a free mockup and print only after you approve.
Does the other person need an app?
No. The phone reads the chip and opens your profile in its browser.
How much is delivery?
A flat Rs 149 per order anywhere in Pakistan, however many items you order. Cash on delivery is available.
How long does it take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation, and custom designs after you approve the mockup. Most arrive 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I change my details later?
Yes. Profile updates are free for 2 years from activation, and you don't need a new card.
What if my card doesn't work?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short video of the tap. We'll reprogram or replace it free.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, across Pakistan.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Send photos of the parcel and product on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement.
Can I return a card if I change my mind?
Programmed and personalised products can't be returned for a change of mind. You can cancel before dispatch.
Is there a discount for buying several cards?
Yes. Order 10 or more of the same review card or social card and the price drops by 10% in your cart, with no coupon needed. Business cards, standees, plates, coins and tags aren't part of this offer.
Do review cards guarantee Google reviews?
No. They make your review page easier to reach. Reviews still depend on your customers.
